Account & Login

How do I create an account?

You can create an account directly within any of our games. Simply download the game, open it, and follow the account creation prompts. You can also sign up using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account for convenience.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Can I transfer my progress to a new device?

Yes! Make sure you're logged into your Wonder Ananna Studio Ltd. account on your old device. On your new device, download the game and log in with the same account to sync your progress automatically.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the game settings menu or by contacting our support team. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Gameplay & Technical

The game crashes or won't load. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Restart the app, 2) Restart your device, 3) Check for app updates, 4) Free up device storage, 5) Check your internet connection. If the problem persists, contact support with your device model and operating system version.

Why is the game running slowly?

Slow performance can be caused by low device storage, too many apps running in the background, or an older device. Try closing other apps, freeing up storage space, or reducing graphics settings in the game options.

I lost my game progress. Can you restore it?

If you were logged into your account, your progress should be saved on our servers. Try logging out and back in. If you weren't logged in, unfortunately, local progress cannot be restored if the app data is lost.

Which devices are supported?

Our games support iOS 12+ and Android 6.0+. For the best experience, we recommend devices released within the last 3-4 years. Check the specific game's store page for detailed requirements.

I made a purchase but didn't receive my items. What now?

First, restart the game to allow time for the purchase to process. If items still don't appear after 24 hours, contact support with your purchase receipt or transaction ID.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the app store where you made the purchase. Contact Google Play or Apple App Store directly. We can also assist you through our support team if needed.
